Man found dead in Bartley Green named as David Moore

A man found dead in his Birmingham home on Sunday (2 November) has been named as David Moore.
The 54-year-old from Dudnill Grove, Bartley Green had been assaulted the previous day, however a post mortem ruled out that his death had resulted from his injuries. Further test are being conducted to establish the exact cause of death.
Two men arrested on suspicion of the assault, a 17-year-old from Bartley Green and an 18-year-old from Weston-Super-Mare have been released on police bail while enquiries continue.

Detectives continue to appeal for witnesses who may have seen the assault near to parkland in Long Nuke Road or a man walking with a woman in the early hours of Saturday 1 November.
