15yr old boy charged with causing death by dangerous driving

Police investigating a fatal road traffic collision which took place on Sunday, 19 October on Seven Sisters Road at the junction Moreton Road, N15 have arrested five people in connection with their inquiry – two of which have since been charged.
A 15-year-old boy has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, failure to stop, causing death whilst uninsured and causing death whilst not in accordance (no licence). He appeared in custody at Highbury Corner Youth Court today (Tuesday, 18 November) and was bailed to appear at Blackfriars Crown Court on 4 December.
A 17-year-old male has been charged with driving whilst disqualified. He has been bailed to appear at Highbury Corner Youth Court on 23 December.

A 16-year-old boy and two men aged 20 [C and D] were also arrested in connection with the investigation. They have been bailed pending further enquires to a date in early January.
