October 15, 2014, 2:33 pm

Police have released further CCTV footage of two men suspected of starting three fires in Tyseley last month.

The footage was captured just before 3am on Saturday 27 September on Weston Lane.

Three fires took hold at the two storey A&S Supplies, containing offices and storage units, in Reddings Lane, Tyseley between 2am and 4am on 24, 27 and 29 September.

Police have worked closely with fire investigators and specialist forensic officers to determine the cause of each of the fires.

Investigating officer PC Tom Lyons, from Stechford police, said: “In all, more than £100,000 worth of damage has been caused and the building has been destroyed. A number of tenants have lost businesses and their livelihoods as a result of the fires. It has also caused Yardley School to remain closed for several days.

“Thankfully no one was injured in any of the fires. If anyone knows the identity of the man in the CCTV please call us.”
