Image released following incident in Hertford

Officers investigating an incident outside a bar in Hertford have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with their enquiries.
The incident happened outside Baroosh in Fore Street at around 11.10pm on Friday, September 26.
A man is said to have punched another man in the face before becoming racially abusive towards him. He then punched another man in the face before running off.

Neither of the victims were injured.
PC Shelly Marshall, who is investigating, said: “I would like to speak with the man pictured as he may have information which could assist the investigation. I would also like to hear from anyone else who was in the area at the time and saw what happened.”
