Birmingham man wanted for failing to appear at court

Police have released details of a man wanted for failing to appear at court after he was charged with fraud and theft offences.
Shakeel Khan, aged 20 from Tile Cross Road, Kitts Green, failed to turn up at a court hearing at Birmingham Crown Court on September 12.
Khan was charged on 3rd May 2014 with two counts of fraud and one count of theft following an investigation into fraudulent advertising a flat for rent in Shard End.

Since his disappearance officers have been regularly checking addresses and making enquiries into his whereabouts, but Khan remains at large.
DC Mark Delaney said: “If anyone knows where Khan is they should call police on 101 . He is still believed to be in the Birmingham area. If people are reluctant to call the police, then I would urge them to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
