Police seek offernder who assaulted a fifty year old man in Clacton

Police are continuing to investigate an assault which occurred in Carnarvon Road, in Clacton, around 7.15pm on Saturday 9 March 2013 where a 50 year old man was assaulted in the street and suffered head injuries. He is currently in a stable condition. The attack is believed to have happened between the premises Moving Places and Jiggs.

Police enquiries have provided a better description of the suspects clothing. He is described as a white, aged 25, of medium build, and 5ft 7in tall and was wearing a dark coloured jacket with light coloured sleeves, dark coloured trousers, dark trainers with a white band around the bottom. He had a white or cream cap with a peak to the front. He is reported to have left the scene in the direction of Hayes Road.
