Girl sexually assaulted in busy shopping centre

Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a sexual assault on a teenage girl.

The girl was leaving HMV, in Queensgate shopping centre, in Peterborough, with a friend when a man approached and sexually assaulted her before continuing into the shop.
The incident happened at about 4.40pm on Friday, December 14.

DC Liam Sweeney, who is investigating, said: “This was shocking and deeply unpleasant for the victim and I am keen to identify the man responsible.

“Anyone with information should contact police.”
