Three people have been arrested after an elderly man was threatened with a knife during a robbery at his home in Leominster on Sunday, 2 December.

Two men entered the property in Green Lane at around 6pm. The first man held a knife towards the householder and demanded money. The second man pushed the elderly victim to the floor before stealing his wallet. The victim – a man in his 70s – suffered minor injuries from the fall and was left extremely shaken by the incident.

Two men – both in their 20s – were arrested this morning (Wednesday, 5 December) on suspicion of robbery in connection with the incident. A woman – also in her 20s – was arrested yesterday (Tuesday, 4 December) in connection with the incident, again on suspicion of robbery.

All three are currently being held in custody at Hereford police station, where they are helping detectives with their inquiries.
