December 7, 2012, 6:45 pm

Merseyside Police has released CCTV stills of a man officers would like to speak to in connection with the robbery of a bookmakers in Hunts Cross last month.
At about 7.15pm on Monday 19 November, a man entered the Coral Bookmakers on Woodend Avenue armed with a large piece of wood. He approached the counter and demanded money from the staff members.
The man then left the scene on foot with a quantity of cash and headed in the direction of Speke Boulevard.
Although uninjured, the staff members were left very shaken following the incident.
The offender is described as white, 5ft 5ins to 5ft 7ins tall of slim build and around 35 to 40 years of age.
Following the incident, patrols attended the scene and a search of the area was undertaken.
An investigation into the full circumstances of the incident is ongoing, house to house enquiries have been conducted and CCTV from the local area has been examined.
Officers believe the man in the pictures may be able to help them with their enquiries.
Detectives would urge the man, anyone who recognises him or anyone with information about the incident in general to contact Merseyside Police on 0151 777 5376 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
