Appeal for Witnesses to Robbery, Burdale Close, Hull

Police are seeking witnesses to a robbery that happened shortly after 1800hrs on Monday 03 December on Burdale Close in Hull.

A 39-year-old man was approached by two men on pedal cycles and one is alleged to have produced a bladed weapon and demanded the victim hand over property.

They then searched the victim and removed a gold chain from round his neck before cycling away with a rucksack containing a wallet and some prescription painkillers.

The victim was not injured.

The suspects are described as two white men aged 35 to 40 years, approximately 6ft tall and of large build. One was wearing a dark coloured flat cap and the other a baseball cap.

Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has information about those responsible.
