Three charged over allegations by West Ham Utd and Olympic Park Legacy Company

Economic and Specialist Crime Command officers investigating allegations
by West Ham United and the Olympic Park Legacy Company in respect of the
unlawful obtaining of information have charged three people.

[A] Richard Michael Forrest, 30 (5.2.82), unemployed, of Furzefield,
Crawley, West Sussex appears on bail at Westminster Magistrates’ Court
on 28 November charged with one count of conspiracy with Howard Hill to
commit fraud by false representation (Fraud Act 2006), contrary to
section 1 (1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977.

[B] Lee Stewart, 39 (11.10.73), no occupation given, of More Lane,
Esher, Surrey appears on bail at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 28
November charged with one count of conspiracy with Howard Hill to commit
fraud by false representation (Fraud Act 2006), contrary to section 1
(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977.

[C] Howard Hill, 58 (23.10.54), no occupation given, of Shrigley Road
South, Poynton, Stockport, Cheshire appears on bail at Westminster
Magistrates’ Court on 28 November charged with:
– one count of conspiracy with Richard Forrest to commit fraud by false
representation (Fraud Act 2006), contrary to section 1(1) of the
Criminal Law Act 1977.
– one count of conspiracy with Lee Stewart to commit fraud by false
representation (Fraud Act 2006), contrary to section 1(1) of the
Criminal Law Act 1977.
