November 26, 2012, 4:30 pm

Police are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a 21 year old woman from Rossendale who has been missing for more than a week.

Gemma Thomson was last seen at her home address on Thursday 15 November 2012, but hasn’t been seen by friends of family since.

She is described as white, of medium build with shoulder length, dark brown hair and was last seen wearing a long, black wool coat.

Inspector Phillip Hutchinson said: “As time goes on we are getting more worried for Gemma and I would urge her to come forward to let us know she is safe.

“If anybody has seen or spoken to Gemma since the time she went missing then I would ask them to contact police.”
