Burglary, Eight Ace Lane

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Colchester.

Between 7.45am and 7pm on Thursday November 22, 2012 at Eight Acre Lane, entry was gained by forcing the rear door. Various items of jewellery and a laptop were stolen.

Investigating officer, Pc Mark Peacock said: “I am looking for anyone who may have information of a white man aged around 38 years, 5ft 11ins tall, very short hair, slim build wearing a light coloured top and jeans. This man was knocking on doors in the area between 4pm and 5pm and may hold vital information.”
