Witness appeal following sexual assaults – Arndale Centre

Police are appealing for witnesses and the victims of two sexual assaults in the Arndale Centre, Manchester city centre.
Sometime between 11.30am and 12pm on Thursday 13 September 2012, four women were sexually assaulted in TK Maxx.
Two of the victims came forward and reported the incident to police however, following CCTV being studied, two other women were identified.

One woman is described as being white, in her 20s, had long brown hair past her shoulder and wore a navy blue jacket, jeans and was with a woman with blonde hair.
The second woman is describe as being white, in her 20s, long dark hair past her shoulder, wore a denim navy blue jacket, black t-shirt with a white skull and cross bones on the front, black jeans and was pushing a pram with a baby in it.
Detective Constable Mike Keogh from North Manchester CID said: “We have looked at CCTV following the incident and it is clear two further women were sexually assaulted. I would ask these two women or anyone who witnessed the assaults to come forward and contact police.”

Amir Raja (08/05/1984) of Glastonbury Road, Stretford was charged with four counts of sexual assault and was due before Salford Magistrates on Friday
14 September 2012.
