Robbery and assault – Hemel Hempstead

Detectives are appealing for information and witnesses following an assault and robbery in Hemel Hempstead last week.

The incident happened in Randall’s Park, Off Allandale at approximately 7.30pm on Wednesday, September 12 when a teenage girl was approached by a group of around 8 girls. They assaulted her and took her mobile phone.

Two 14 year old girls and a 15 year old girl from Hemel Hempstead have been arrested on suspicion of robbery. They are currently on police bail.

Julia Kachouh, who is investigating the incident said: “The victim, who is from Hemel Hempstead, suffered bruising to her face and body as a result as the incident.

“Were you in the park that evening? Did you see or hear anything? If so, Id urge you to contact police as a matter of urgency.”
