South Yorkshire: Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Firth Park, Sheffield

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 74-year-old man from Firth Park, suffered serious injuries, after his motorbike was involved in a collision in Sheffield.
At around 4.20pm on Wednesday, 19 September it is believed that a Green Freelander Landrover , driven by a 23-year-old man from Firth Park, was making a left manoeuvre at the junction when it collided with a 250cc Black Yamaha SR travelling along Firth Park Road towards Shiregreen.
The 74-year old man was knocked to the ground by the impact and suffered serious injuries to his leg and was taken to the Northern General Hospital.
