Northumbria: Appeal after collision in Blyth

Police are appealing for information after a collision in Blyth.

Around 3:25pm on Friday, September 21, a Vauxhall Astra and a 49-year-old woman were involved in a collision at the junction of Regent Street and Wright Street.

The woman was taken to Wansbeck hospital for treatment to neck and back injuries.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them on 101 ext 69191.
