Man charged following fatal collision on M62

A man has been charged following a fatal road traffic collision on the M62. 

Rebecca Caine, aged 20 and from the Leeds area, died when the Chevrolet Matiz she was travelling in was involved in a head-on collision with a Renault Megane on the M62 eastbound near to junction 21.

The driver of the Matiz and two other passengers suffered minor injuries.

Wilfred Museka, aged 31, of Powell Street, Clayton, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, fraud by false representation, driving without insurance and driving other than in accordance with a driving licence.

He is due to appear at Bury Magistrates Court this morning, Monday 17 September 2012.
