Police are concerned for the welfare of Colin Carter (62) who went missing from his Skegness home yesterday (Wednesday). He was last seen on Lincoln Road in Skegness at approx 3pm that afternoon.
Colin has health issues, including some memory loss, and is not dressed for the current weather as he is believed to be wearing shorts and a short sleeved shirt.
Colin is 5′ 8″ tall, of stocky build, and has a beard and a moustache.
Anyone who has seen Colin, or knows of his current location, is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101, quoting the incident number.
