Sarah Anne McWilliams, 38, of Ragstone Fields, Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Dartford and Gravesham Magistrates Court.
She pleaded guilty to drink driving, following an incident on 1 September 2012 in Chalk Road, Gravesend.
McWilliams drove a VW Polo and when stopped gave a breath test of 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Magistrates disqualified McWilliams from driving for 19 months, fined her £300 and ordered her to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Disqualification can be reduced by 141 days if, by 25 September 2013, she satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Leo John Woods, 38, of Eva Road, Gillingham, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to vehicle interference, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, three counts of shoplifting and two counts of failing to surrender to police/court bail.
On 24 May 2012 Woods stole a freeview box worth £154.99 from a store in Gillingham Business Park.
On 16 June 2012 he interfered with a Hyundai Lantra parked in Ingram Road, Gillingham, with the intention of committing theft.
On 24 June 2012 Woods stole a steam washer worth £79.99 from a store in Gillingham Business Park.
The same day he used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to a man and a woman in Gillingham.
The following day he stole alcohol and food worth £7.29 from a petrol station in New Road, Chatham.
On 7 August 2012 Woods failed to surrender to custody at Medway Magistrates Court.
On 10 September 2012 he failed to surrender to custody at Medway Magistrates Court.
Magistrates sentenced Woods to 180 days in prison.
Thomas John Mayes, 21, of Gravel Walk, Rochester, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to possessing drugs with intent to supply.
On 12 July 2012 in Rochester Mayes had in his possession a quantity of cannabis with intent to supply.
Magistrates sentenced him to 26 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, and ordered him to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
Mayes was also ordered to pay £85 costs and the drugs will be forfeited and destroyed.
Andrew Cheary, 56, of Hook Green Road, Southfleet, Gravesend, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Dartford and Gravesham Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving, following an incident on 1 September 2012 in Southfleet Road, Northfleet.
Cheary drove a Citroen DS3 and when stopped gave a breath test of 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates disqualified Cheary from driving for 22 months, fined him £600 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Disqualification can be reduced by 165 days if, by 2 December 2013, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Martin Back, 26, of Park Place, Gravesend, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to attempted theft from a motor vehicle and interfering with a motor vehicle. He was also re-sentenced for an earlier offence of vehicle interference, for which no plea was taken.
On 23 April 2012 Back attempted to steal car stereo speakers from a Vauxhall Corsa in Valley Drive, Gravesend.
On 9 July 2012 he interfered with a Vauxhall Corsa parked in Boucher Drive, Northfleet, with the intention of committing theft.
Back was re-sentenced for an earlier offence of interfering with a Vauxhall Corsa in Gravesend on 1 January 2011.
Magistrates sentenced Back to 24 weeks in prison. Because the offences were committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence he will serve a total of 33 weeks in prison.
Samuel Louis Dudley, 24, of Norman Road, Snodland, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Mid Kent Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of shoplifting.
On 19 May 2012 Dudley stole groceries worth £15.38 from a shop in Northumberland Road, Shepway, Maidstone.
On 11 July 2012 he stole two drinks worth £1.78 from a shop in Maidstone High Street.
On 21 July 2012 he stole meat worth £157.91 from a shop in Snodland High Street.
Magistrates sentenced Dudley to 11 days in prison.
Orwen Sithole, 36, of Lower Denmark Road, Ashford, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Channel Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath specimen, failing to co-operate with the provision of a breath test and driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and with no insurance, following an incident on 13 May 2012 on the A28 in High Halden, near Ashford.
Sithole drove a Mazda 323 otherwise than in accordance with a licence and with no insurance and failed without reasonable excuse to co-operate with a preliminary breath test.
The same day in Folkestone he failed to provide a breath specimen for analysis.
Magistrates disqualified Sithole from driving for 36 months, fined him a total of £635 and ordered him to pay £400 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Disqualification can be reduced by nine months if, by 16 October 2014, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Shaumane Richards, 41, of Peabody Hill, Dulwich, London, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Dartford and Gravesham Magistrates Court.
She pleaded guilty to fraud.
On 1 August 2012 at Greenhithe Richards produced a driving licence and utility bill in a false name intending to obtain a credit card.
Magistrates sentenced her to 84 days in prison, suspended for 12 months, and ordered her to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
She must also pay £85 costs.
Stuart Stroud, 26, of Heathfield Avenue, Dover, was sentenced on 17 September 2012 at Channel Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to assault.
On 18 August 2012 Stroud assaulted a man in London Road, Dover.
Magistrates sentenced him to 112 days in prison, suspended for 18 months, and ordered him to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He must also have treatment for his alcohol dependency and pay £250 in compensation and £85 costs.
Brendan James Scott, 26, of St Patricks Gardens, Gravesend, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Dartford and Gravesham Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to assault and two counts of criminal damage.
On 20 May 2012 Scott assaulted a man in St Aidans Way, Gravesend.
The same day he caused £100 damage to the drivers side window of a car in Gravesend and caused £100 damage to the rear passenger window of a second car in Gravesend.
Magistrates sentenced Scott to 168 days in prison.
Ashleigh Carmody, 19, of Glenwood Close, Chatham, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
She pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer.
On 13 June 2012 Carmody assaulted a police officer in Gillingham. The offence was committed while she was subject to a conditional discharge imposed by Magistrates on 17 February 2012 for assaulting a police officer.
Magistrates sentenced her to 90 days in prison, suspended for 12 months, and ordered her to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
She must also pay £150 in compensation and £85 costs.
Wesley Glenn Gurney, 35, of Cornwallis Circle, Whitstable, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Canterbury and St Augustine Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage and two counts of shoplifting.
On 5 September 2012 Gurney stole meat of an unknown value from a supermarket in Kingsmead Road, Canterbury.
On 6 September 2012 he stole meat of an unknown value from the same supermarket in Kingsmead Road, Canterbury.
On 17 September 2012 Gurney damaged a security tag belonging to a store in Sturry Road, Canterbury.
The same day he caused £34.99 worth of damage to a cardigan in a shop in Sturry Road, Canterbury.
Magistrates sentenced him to 100 days in prison, suspended for six months. He must also pay £100 in compensation.
Daniel Pownall, 21, of Mariners View, Gillingham, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving, following an incident on 19 July 2012 in Grange Road, Gillingham.
Pownall drove a moped and when stopped gave a breath test of 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates disqualified Pownall from driving for 18 months, fined him £200 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Disqualification can be reduced by 135 days if, by 3 September 2013, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Ashley David Hornby, 32, of Hillhouse Road, Dartford, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to the theft of a car and shoplifting. Fifty other offences were admitted and taken into consideration.
On 7 March 2000 Hornby stole a Ford Orion from Park Road in Dartford.
On 10 May 2012 he stole alcohol worth £95.48 from a shop in Anthonys Way, Rochester.
Magistrates sentenced Hornby to six months in prison, suspended for 24 months, and ordered him to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He must also pay £85 costs.
Terence Robinson, 67, of Dudley Road, Folkestone, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Channel Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving, following an incident on 1 September 2012 on The Leas at Folkestone.
Robinson drove a Peugeot 406 and when stopped gave a breath test of 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates disqualified Robinson from driving for 24 months and ordered him to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months
He must also pay £85 costs.
Disqualification can be reduced by six months if, by 17 January 2014, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Steven Michael Brierley, 37, of Delamark Road, Sheerness, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
On 17 September 2012 in Rochester Brierley was drunk in a public place, breaching a condition of his ASBO.
Magistrates sentenced him to 60 days in prison.
Tadeusz Gawlowski, 55, of Bouverie Road West, Folkestone, was sentenced on 18 September at Canterbury and St Augustine Magistrates Court.
He was charged with failing to provide a breath specimen.
On 22 January 2012 in Folkestone he failed to provide a breath specimen for analysis.
Magistrates disqualified him from driving for 24 months and fined him £375. He must also pay £620 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Disqualification can be reduced by 184 days if, by 18 January 2014, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Richard Cole-Leggatt, 30, of Shaftsbury Street, Ramsgate, was sentenced on 18 September 2012 at Thanet Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting and failing to attend/remain at a follow-up assessment.
On 1 August 2012 Cole-Leggatt stole perfume worth £109.12 from a shop in Ramsgate High Street.
On 14 August 2012 he failed to attend/remain at a follow-up assessment following a test for the presence of a class A drug.
On 16 September 2012 Cole-Leggatt stole meat worth £25 from a shop in Newington Road, Ramsgate.
Magistrates sentenced him to 74 days in prison. Because the offences were committed during the operational period of a suspended prison sentence the overall length of sentence is 104 days.
One day Cole-Leggatt spent in custody on remand will count as time served.
Lisa Anne Baker, 31, of Colebrook Road, Tunbridge Wells, was sentenced on 19 September 2012 at West Kent Magistrates Court.
She pleaded guilty to shoplifting.
On 18 September 2012 Baker stole meat worth £130.66 from a shop in Sovereign Way, Tonbridge.
Magistrates sentenced her to 100 days in prison. Because the offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence she will serve a total of 180 days.
Avni Fazlijaj, 28, of Ordnance Street, Chatham, was sentenced on 20 September 2012 at Medway Magistrates Court.
He pleaded not guilty to theft.
On 14 April 2012 Fazlijaj stole money and a cash box worth £1,100 from a premises in Watling Street, Gillingham.
Magistrates sentenced him to 90 days in prison. Eleven days spent on electronically monitored bail will count as time served.
Nick Horton, 42, of Grosvenor Road, Kennington, Ashford, was sentenced on 20 September 2012 at Canterbury and St Augustine Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving, following an incident on 26 August 2012 in Grosvenor Road, Kennington.
Horton drove a Land Rover Discovery and when stopped gave a breath test of 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates disqualified Horton from driving for 22 months, fined him £500 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Disqualification can be reduced by 167 days if, by 2 December 2013, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Nick James Allen, 25, of Hart Street, Maidstone, was sentenced on 21 September 2012 at Mid Kent Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving, following an incident on 26 August 2012 in Staplehurst Road, Staplehurst.
Allen drove a Vauxhall Astra van and when stopped gave a breath test of 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates disqualified Allen from driving for 42 months and ordered him to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He must also pay £85 costs.
