Humberside: Appeal for information – Assault – Grimsby

A man sustained a cut to his nose and swelling to his face, following an alleged assault which happened close to the Wild Mexican takeaway in Freeman Street in Grimsby at around 1805hrs on Monday 24 September.
A man entered the takeaway, where it is alleged he attempted to sell something to the owner, which the owner declined to purchase and asked the man to leave.
The man refused to leave and as the owner attempted to escort him from the premises the man is alleged to have assaulted him causing facial injuries.

The offender is described as male of Asian appearance, around 5ft 9ins tall and of a slim build. He had short dark hair and was wearing a green coloured jacket and a pair of blue coloured jeans.
Police are appealing for anyone who may be able to assist with their enquires to call Humberside Police tel 101 quoting crime reference 1932191.
