Hertfordshire: Re-appeal to trace wanted man James Clements

Police are re-appealing to members of the public to help trace a man who is wanted.

35 year old James Michael Clements, is wanted for failing to appear at West Herts Magistrates on August 3 in relation to a theft and failing to appear before St Albans Magistrates on September 9 for a breach of a court order.

He was last known to be in the Hemel Hempstead area and has links to Welwyn Garden City but may be sleeping rough anywhere.

Anyone who sees James or who has any information on his whereabouts should contact the Herts Police non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers, the independent charity, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
