Hertfordshire Police: Appeal following an incident in Wormley

Police are appealing for witnesses and information in connection with an incident in Wormley on Tuesday, September 19.
At around 4.30pm the victim, a woman in her 30s, was walking along the pavement in Church Lane when she was approached by an offender who was cycling towards her exposing himself. He rode off along Church Lane towards the New River.
The suspect is described as a white teenager aged around 14-years-old. He had short dark brown hair and was wearing dark navy drain pipe trousers with a light blue short sleeved shirt. The suspect was seen hanging around the bridge over the New River on Church Lane.
