Oldham man charged with rape of 13yr old boy.

A 31-year-old man has been charged following the rape of a teenage boy in Oldham.

Matt Leigh Tyler, of  Parkway, Chadderton, was charged with two offences of rape and was due to appear at Oldham magistrates court this morning, Thursday 20 September 2012.

At about 4.35pm on Monday 17 September 2012, police in Oldham were called to the toilets in the Spindles Shopping Centre to a report that a 13-year-old boy had been raped.
