Derbyshire: Spondon residents asked to help set local policing priorities

September 25, 2012, 11:13 am

Residents in Spondon have the chance to help set priorities for their local police.

The local Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team will hold their Safer Neighbourhood Forum Meeting on Wednesday, September 26 at the Asterdale Primary School, Borrowash Road, from 6.30pm.

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting to raise any issues or concerns they have and to help set the priorities the team will tackle.

Meetings are held to set priorities for police and other organisations, such as local councils, to target over the next three months.

If you have an issue you would like to raise but cannot make the meeting please contact the Spondon team by calling the police non-emergency number 101.

You can also email the team onĀ|.

101 – The police non-emergency number

101 is the number to call when you want to contact your local police in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland – when it’s less urgent than a 999 call.
