Avon & Somerset: Two men arrested after metal gates stolen (Aztec West)

We arrested two men on Saturday September 15 2012 as part of Tornado, the ongoing operation to crack down on metal theft in the south west.
Officers were called after two men were seen taking a pair of metal gates from a skip in Aztec West on Saturday. Later the same day two men were stopped in Almondsbury in a van with gates in the back.
A 17-year-old man was issued with a police reprimand while an 18-year-old man was charged with theft and released on police bail until his court appearance.
