GMP continue tackle Prostitution in Gay Village

GMP currently tacking the problem of Prostitution in and around Bloom Street,Sackville Street, and Sackville Gardens, every day from 6pm onwards

The neighbourhood policing team continues to provide high visibility patrols in the gay village and has conducted outreach work with partners agencies in the area to tackle some of these issues. Street cautions have also benn given to persistent offenders.
