August 16, 2012, 12:20 pm

Mathew Smith (born 24/6/75) was convicted of a serious assault in May 2011 and has now breached the terms of his licence.

He has lived in Tonge Fold in the past and officers believe that he is still in Bolton.

DCI Sarah Jackson, head of Bolton CID said “I stress that should anybody be found to be assisting or harbouring this wanted man, they too will be arrested and face a possible prison sentence of their own”
